Based in rural Mityana, this new venture for Nkuru-Nziza Foundation will incorporate a Project-Based Learning style for the various vocational courses on offer.
The college is due to open in February 2018 with its first phase of courses, and further courses will open in subsequent terms. Ultimately, courses on offer will include masonry, carpentry, agriculture, computer-aided design, tailoring and electrical skills amongst others.
There will be a range opportunities for professional involvement, including providing practical training, and business placements for students.
